Karawang Division: Harnessing Solar Power
In August 2023, our Karawang Division implemented a state-of-the-art Solar Photovoltaic (PV) System as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance environmental responsibility. This system, boasting a capacity of 1,080.2 kWp and comprising 1,964 solar panels, enables us to harness solar energy to power our operations with clean, renewable energy.
Environmental Benefits
CO2 Emission Reduction
Our system reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 1,235,467 kilograms over its lifetime.
Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Avoidance
By utilizing solar power, we avoid the use of 400,534 liters of gasoline.
Vehicle Emissions Offset
The emissions avoided are equivalent to taking 265 cars off the road.
Carbon Sequestration
The environmental impact is akin to planting 15,858 trees.
Household Electricity
The solar energy we produce can power approximately 845 houses for one year.

Cibitung Division: Leading with Renewable Energy
Our Cibitung Division is powered entirely by renewable energy, supported by our Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) program. On September 21, 2023, we received 2,140 RECs from APX, Inc., confirming that 100% of our electricity comes from non-fossil fuel sources like hydropower. This certification reinforces our dedication to sustainable manufacturing.
