Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Staff, you will be the guardian of our product standards, ensuring that
every item meets our rigorous quality benchmarks before reaching our customers. You’ll work
closely with production, R&D, and compliance teams to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
● Responsible for performing calibration, recording results, and ensuring measurement
tools are accurate and in good condition
● Responsible for managing, updating, and controlling company documents in compliance
with ISO standards
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
● Maintain and improve QA documentation and SOPs
● Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Minimum Requirements
● Diploma (D3) degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related
field
● Familiarity with ISO standards, document control, quality control tools, and measuring
instrument calibration
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
● Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
● Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment
● Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
● Professional English proficiency
