Job Description
We are seeking an R&D Staff member with a keen interest in film-making and resin
technologies to enhance our product development. Responsibilities include:
● Researching and developing high-quality films and resin formulations for packaging
applications,
● Optimizing production techniques to improve film durability, flexibility, and sustainability,
● Evaluating raw materials and resin compositions to enhance performance and
cost-effectiveness,
● Conducting laboratory and pilot-scale testing for product validation,
● Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to
implement innovative solutions, and
● Keeping up with industry trends and regulatory standards for film and resin-based
packaging.
Qualification
The ideal candidate should have:
● A Bachelor’s in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field,
● Experience in film making and resin formulation, particularly in packaging or
manufacturing industries (fresh graduates are welcome to apply),
● Adequate knowledge of polymer processing, extrusion, and resin compounding,
● Ability to work with laboratory testing equipment for material analysis,
● Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for innovation and efficiency, and
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Requirements
Some of the skills that will give you an advantage over other candidates:
● Preferably able to drive and has a valid driving license (SIM A),
● Professional proficiency in English, and
● Familiarity with using AutoCAD.
